1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, digital resources, or products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Services

Our services include personalized guidance and submission assistance for tax filings through digital channels. Scheduling is required in advance. Fees are due at booking. You may request a scheduling adjustment at least 48 hours before the appointment. Once a service session begins, it is nonrefundable due to resource allocation.

3. Digital Products

We offer digital guides and templates related to tax workflows. Access is granted after payment. Since digital files are delivered immediately, all sales are final. No refunds are available once access has been provided.

4. Physical Goods

Printed materials or promotional items are shipped to your address. You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

5. Refund Policy

We strive for satisfaction across all offerings. For service cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund via your original payment method within 14 days. Late cancellations, no-shows, or sessions in progress are not refundable due to preparation efforts. You may apply your payment toward a rescheduled session within 90 days of the original date.

Digital product purchases cannot be refunded once access is granted.

Physical goods may be refunded or exchanged under the conditions outlined above. To initiate any request, please contact Customer Support.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
